This Warranty & Returns Policy applies to all SwitchMate products sold by 3D Safe Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

1. Lifetime Limited Warranty Coverage

3D Safe Solutions warrants that SwitchMate products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product beginning on the date of purchase.

This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only when the product:

• Is purchased directly from www.3Dsafesolutions.com

• Is installed correctly and used as intended

• Is installed on the correct vehicle year, make, and model for which the product was designed

2. Authorized Sales Channel & Warranty Limitation

The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only to SwitchMate products purchased directly from www.3Dsafesolutions.com.

If a SwitchMate product is purchased from any other source, including but not limited to third-party websites, resellers, marketplaces, or private sales:

• Warranty coverage is limited to fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery

• Coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects

• The Lifetime Limited Warranty does not apply

• Proof of purchase from the original seller is required

After the fourteen (14) day period, no warranty coverage will be provided.

3. Warranty Claim Requirements & Authorization

All warranty claims require prior authorization and must include complete documentation. Claims submitted without all required information may be denied.

Required documentation:

• Proof of purchase

• Clear photographs of the defect or issue

• Photos of the product installed on the vehicle

• Photos clearly showing hinge orientation

• Vehicle year, make, and model

3D Safe Solutions reserves the right to request additional photographs, information, or clarification as reasonably necessary to evaluate any warranty or return request.

Unauthorized warranty shipments or returns may be refused or returned to sender.

4. Mandatory Installation Orientation (Warranty Condition)

All SwitchMate products must be installed with the hinge closest to the window.

Correct installation orientation:

• Driver side: hinge on the left

• Passenger side: hinge on the right

If a SwitchMate product is installed backwards or with incorrect hinge orientation, the warranty is null and void.

5. Installation Responsibility Disclaimer

Installation of SwitchMate products is the sole responsibility of the customer.

3D Safe Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect orientation, or failure to follow installation guidelines.

6. Warranty Exclusions & Cosmetic Variations

This warranty does not cover:

• Installation on an incorrect vehicle year, make, or model

• Improper installation or hinge orientation

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or external damage

• Product modifications or alterations

• Normal wear and tear, including wear associated with commercial or fleet use

• Minor surface variations inherent to the 3D printing process including layer lines, texture differences, or cosmetic inconsistencies that do not affect functionality

Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, cosmetic uniformity is not guaranteed. Cosmetic variations are not grounds for warranty or return.

7. Warranty Resolution & Limits

If a warranty claim is approved:

• The defective product may be replaced at no cost

• 3D Safe Solutions may request the defective product be returned for inspection, but reserves the right to waive the return requirement

• In cases where the product is clearly broken or defective, photographic evidence may be accepted in place of returning the product

If a replacement or comparable substitute is not available:

• A product refund may be issued

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Warranty coverage is limited to a maximum of two (2) replacements per original purchase.

All warranty determinations and remedies are made at the sole discretion of 3D Safe Solutions.

8. Refund Eligibility Limitation

Refunds, when applicable, are limited to the originally shipped product only.

• Refunds are not available for replacement products issued under a warranty claim

• Warranty replacements do not reset or extend refund eligibility

• Replacement products have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or credits

9. Returns for Incorrect Model Orders (Non-Warranty)

If a customer orders the incorrect SwitchMate model:

• The customer must contact support within fourteen (14) days of delivery

• A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will apply

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging

Returns requested after fourteen (14) days will not be accepted.

10. International Returns (Canada)

Orders shipped to Canada are eligible for return under the same conditions as domestic orders with the following additional requirements:

• A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee applies to all approved non-warranty returns

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to the United States

• Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer

• If a return shipment arrives with unpaid customs charges, the shipment may be refused and returned to sender

Original outbound shipping charges for international orders are non-refundable.

11. Warranty Claims for Canadian Customers

The SwitchMate Lifetime Limited Warranty is valid for products shipped to customers located in Canada.

Warranty coverage applies under the same terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

For approved warranty claims submitted by Canadian customers:

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to 3D Safe Solutions in the United States when a return is requested

• In many cases involving broken or defective products, 3D Safe Solutions may waive the return requirement and accept photographic evidence instead

• If a replacement product is issued under warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product

• Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges applied to the replacement shipment are the responsibility of the customer

12. Non-Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

13. No Implied Safety Guarantee, Pet Liability, Theft & Vandalism Disclaimer

SwitchMate products are intended as driver-convenience accessories only. They do not guarantee the prevention of injury, property damage, unauthorized operation of vehicle controls, containment of pets, or protection against criminal activity.

3D Safe Solutions shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from a pet opening, manipulating, or bypassing a SwitchMate product.

The driver remains solely responsible for the supervision, security, and safety of all passengers, pets, vehicles, trailers, and cargo.

14. Policy Modifications

3D Safe Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.

The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.

15. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied

• Liability is limited solely to product replacement or refund

• 3D Safe Solutions shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages
