This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.3Dsafesolutions.com.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within approximately three (3) business days from the date of purchase. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed during high-volume periods or holidays may experience slight delays. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping service level and packaging method are selected by 3D Safe Solutions unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, shipping destination, and selected USPS service. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in the Warranty & Returns Policy.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates provided at checkout or via USPS tracking are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 3D Safe Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS service disruptions, weather conditions, mechanical or operational issues, or peak shipping periods. Once an order has been accepted and scanned by USPS, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. 3D Safe Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer is responsible for all reshipment costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged during shipping, the customer must contact 3Dsafesolutions3D@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Clear photos of the damaged product and original packaging must be provided. Damage claims submitted after fourteen (14) days may be denied. Approved damage claims will be handled in accordance with the Warranty & Returns Policy.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by USPS, 3D Safe Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact USPS directly to initiate a claim and verify the delivery location with neighbors, terminals, or property management. 3D Safe Solutions may assist with USPS inquiries at its discretion but does not guarantee replacement or refund.

International Shipping (Canada)

3D Safe Solutions now offers shipping to customers located in Canada. International shipments to Canada are sent via USPS and may be transferred to Canada Post for final delivery.

Canadian customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by Canadian customs authorities or the delivery carrier.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing and international carrier handling.

Shipping to Company, Fleet, or Terminal Addresses

Customers shipping to terminals, fleet locations, or company addresses are responsible for verifying delivery permissions and receiving procedures. 3D Safe Solutions is not responsible for packages that are delayed, refused, lost, or misplaced at company or fleet locations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun. Customers needing to request a change must contact 3Dsafesolutions3D@gmail.com as soon as possible. Approval is not guaranteed.

Policy Updates

3D Safe Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
